In der aktuellen Kampagne des Bundesarbeitgeberverbands Chemie „Elementare Vielfalt“ wird die Vielfalt der Berufe vorgestellt – sei es im naturwissenschaftlichen, technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich: „Alles, was du siehst, fühlst, riechst und schmeckst, hat irgendwie mit Chemie zu tun. Ob die Zahnpasta am Morgen, der Radiergummi auf deinem Schreibtisch, das extraflache Handy-Display, deine neueste Blu-ray Disc oder ein energiesparender Autoreifen. Am SKZ findet im Februar 2013 ein Seminar über den gesamten Prozess des Lackierens von Kunststoffen statt. Taner Bicer, verantwortlich für den Bereich Entwicklung dekorative Flüssiglacke, wird als Gastredner über aktuelle Entwicklungen und Trends von Kunststofflacken referieren. Der Vortrag behandelt alle für die Kunststofflackierung relevanten Technologien, in vielen davon ist Wörwag führend.

The subject “Transfer coatings for producing Class A finishes“ revolutionizes the coating process. Presented at the O&S, this award is the Fraunhofer IPA’s first recognition of innovative applications in all disciplines of surface treatment technology.
Applying coating systems like adhesive foil
To date, coatings have been applied to mudguards or hoods of car bodies, for example, in an extremely cumbersome and energy-intensive process over large areas to satisfy the high functional and esthetic quality requirements of the automotive industry. Apart from this, traditional coating processes are not very efficient due to the overspray that occurs, for instance, with add-on parts such as roof rails and trim strips.
