Prerequisites:
• Secondary school qualification
• Good marks in chemistry, mathematics and physics
• Interest in the sciences
• Fine-motor skills
Duration of traineeship:
• Two years
• Start of traineeship is 1 September each year
Content of traineeship:
The traineeship encompasses manufacturing, processing and monitoring paint and coating products. Our employees share their exceptional knowledge about materials, processes and equipment with trainees.
Our goal is to help you become a team player with excellent skills in paint and coating manufacturing.
Opportunities for further professional development:
Trainees that perform well in their first year have the option of moving into the chemist traineeship in their second year. With further training, they can become an accredited expert (Industriemeister/-in).

Content of traineeship:
The traineeship encompasses manufacturing, processing and monitoring paint and coating products. In addition, it focuses on testing // measuring and controlling production processes. Our experts provide trainees with the required knowledge about materials, processes, equipment and IT systems.
Our goal is to help you become a team player capable of working independently, with excellent skills in paint and coating manufacturing.
Opportunities for further professional development:
After gaining relevant career experience, trainees can undertake further training to become an accredited expert (Industriemeister/-in).

• Relevant secondary school qualification
• Good marks in chemistry, mathematics and physics
• Interest in paints
• Understanding of engineering
Duration of traineeship:
• Three and a half years
• Traineeships start on 1 September each year
Content of traineeship:
This traineeship comprises the development, manufacture, processing and monitoring of coatings. Our professionals will provide trainees with the necessary knowledge about materials, recipes and processes.
Our goal is to help you become an innovative, independent team player with skills in coatings development.
Opportunities for further professional development:
After gaining relevant career experience, trainees can undertake further training to become a coatings engineer (Lacktechniker/-in).
